Formerly Bradshaw & Associates Trial Consulting, we changed our name to keep up with the rapidly evolving legal system. Very few cases go to trial anymore and the term "Trial Consulting" led our clients to believe that our services were only applicable for jury trials. That is simply not the case. In fact, the bulk of our services should be implemented during discovery and are equally effective, regardless of the trier of fact.
